People and Office Co-ordinator

Salary: FTE £28,000

Location:
London

Term:
Temporary 7-8 months

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including visitor reception, meeting rooms, office supplies, and office budget.
• Organise team events, wellbeing initiatives, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Act as the main contact for building management, office maintenance, and health & safety.
• Set up equipment for new starters, maintain IT assets, and provide basic IT support.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, right-to-work and reference checks, equipment, and access.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Support payroll administration and prepare HR documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Office Management, Office Coordination, or People Operations.
• Experience using HRIS or similar HR systems.
• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with payroll processes (desirable).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
