Location: City of London

Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a global investment firm based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established organisation and support a busy, high performing Recruitment team. The role would suit a candidate with experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or candidates from an agency recruitment background looking to make their first move into an in house talent acquisition role.

This is a fast-paced and hands on role, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

This is a full time, permanent, fully office based role, working office hours.

Recruitment Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple global offices
  • Managing interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system
  • Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks and process coordination
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives
  • Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process

Recruitment Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience within recruitment coordination, within professional services
  • Degree educated with a strong academic background.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, hardworking and positive approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
