Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Macmillan Davies is partnered with a Fin Tech company based in West London to assist with a new search during a busy period of growth. We're looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high growth business. If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role.

Working as part of a small but experienced Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.

What you'll do

Screen CVs and manage multiple recruitment pipelines

Conduct first-stage telephone interviews

Source candidates via Linked In and job boards

Coordinate interviews and assessment centres

Keep the ATS accurate and up to date

Support offer management and onboarding

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What you'll bring

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or coordination role with a positive attitude, good organisation and a real team focus.

This role requires someone onsite in West London 5 days a week.
