• Manage and coordinate the Group's internship programme across different departments and business areas.
• Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of interns.
• Work with department heads and managers to identify internship opportunities and resource requirements.
• Develop structured internship programmes, objectives, and learning plans.
• Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new interns.

• Experienced in internship management, human resources, recruitment, project management, business administration, or people management.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple interns, departments, and priorities simultaneously.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable, and capable of building positive relationships.
