About the Role Executive Search Consultant Executive Search is a highly research-driven, relationship-focused discipline.

You will be working on senior-level mandates, identifying and engaging top-tier candidates while building long-term partnerships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth market research and talent mapping Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates in investment banking and finance Managing candidate relationships throughout the full search process Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients in a consultative manner Supporting negotiation and offer management through to successful placement Building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients Delivering a high-touch, discreet and professional recruitment service

What Were Looking For Executive Search Consultant Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) Strong written and verbal communication skills Some professional or commercial experience preferred High levels of drive, ambition and resilience Professionalism and attention to detail Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Whats on Offer Executive Search Consultant £ 33k base salary Discretionary Bonus 1 st Year OTE £40-45K Clear long-term progression pathway, with potential earnings exceeding £300,000 within 5 years Structured training and mentorship from senior consultants Monthly incentive lunches and reward schemes Quarterly international travel incentives (e.g. Monaco, Monte Carlo and other European destinations) Annual travel awards High-end offices in the heart of London
