We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our team, working closely with the Engineering Department to drive people performance, engagement and organisational success.

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on all people matters.
• Lead on employee relations
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention initiatives working closely with Centres of excellence
• Use people insights and data to influence decision-making and improve performance.
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant and effective.

• Confidence influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
