Location: City Of London
Trainline is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own a varied caseload, leading investigations and hearings, and partner with line managers to apply UK employment law and the ACAS Code of Practice.
You’ll build templates, streamline processes, and coach managers to strengthen employee relations. The role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the London office part of the week; experience across disciplinaries, grievances, and absence matters is
