We're expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across US banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, legal, and quant markets. You'll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles with the opportunity to grow into a 360° consultant position over time.

Many of our team members come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and our structured and intensive training program equips them with the skills to thrive in this fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.

What You'llBe Doing

• Partnerwithseniorrecruiterstoidentifyandengagemid-to-senior-levelcandidatesacrossspecializedUSmarkets.
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithcandidateswhilelearningthefundamentalsofrecruitmentandmarketoperations.
• Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivityandcontributetoacollaborativeteamenvironment.
• Earnuncappedcommissiononsuccessfulplacements.
