InvestIN is recruiting a Recruitment and Operations Associate to split time between recruitment and people operations (two thirds) and programme operations (one third). The role supports end-to-end seasonal staff recruitment, onboarding, DBS checks and payroll, plus venue management for Summer Experience programmes.
The position is based in Victoria with hybrid working (2 days in the office) and a typical schedule of 9am–5pm, with some weekend work during peak periods.
