Are you a skilled school HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in education? Remedy are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to work in a small SEN school.
Role Overview :As a School HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our educational institution's HR department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative support and assistance in various HR functions. From maintaining employee records to assisting with recruitment processes, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our HR activities.
Requirements:- Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with the maintenance of HR records and databases.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and applicant tracking.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
