Up to £35,000 Basic + up to 40% Commission (No Threshold)

Are you an experienced Technology Recruiter looking to maximise your earnings while working with a high-performing, ambitious team? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing recruitment business where your success is genuinely rewarded.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across the technology space to deliver top-tier talent. You’ll have autonomy over your desk, strong support from leadership, and access to warm relationships as well as new business opportunities.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the technology market
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, screening and placing experienced technology professionals
• Managing candidate pipelines and negotiations
• Consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets

• Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter (agency background preferred)
• Strong billing track record
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, driven and commercially minded
• Desire to grow and earn without limits

• Up to £35,000 basic salary
• 40% commission with no threshold
• Hybrid working (London office)
