Job Description & How to Apply Below
A client I am supporting is looking to appoint an experienced Reward Manager on an interim basis for an initial 6-9 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, complex organisation at an exciting stage in its reward journey. The role will play a key part in driving the next phase of an established Job Architecture and Pay Transparency programme, working closely with Reward, HR and business leaders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of an existing Job Architecture project, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing governance.
- Facilitate role calibration activities and partner with stakeholders to support consistency of job levelling and grading.
- Conduct occasional job evaluations and provide guidance on role sizing and organisational design matters.
- Support the development and execution of the organisation's Pay Transparency agenda.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure job architecture frameworks remain fit for purpose and aligned to business needs.
- Establish processes and governance to maintain the integrity of the framework over time.
- Provide insight and recommendations on reward structures, career frameworks and grading approaches.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the maintenance, governance and scalability of the job architecture framework.
About You
- Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale Job Architecture programmes.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer IPE, Korn Ferry, WTW or equivalent.
- Experience managing role calibration exercises and job levelling frameworks.
- Good understanding of Pay Transparency principles and reward governance.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing across HR and the wider business.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery.
- An interest in how AI can be applied to reward and organisational design processes would be highly advantageous.
This role would suit an experienced Reward Manager or Senior Reward Partner looking to make an immediate impact within a forward-thinking organisation that is investing in its reward infrastructure and future workforce strategy.
