We're looking for ambitious, driven, and commercially minded individuals to join our London team as a Recruitment Consultant – Technology markets.

Whether you have recruitment experience already or come from a sales, business development, customer service, or target-driven background, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate within a specialist technology market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new business opportunities and building client relationships

Sourcing and engaging technology professionals across niche IT markets

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer acceptance

Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls

Becoming an expert within your specialist technology sector

Negotiating offers and providing market insight to clients and candidates

Building a network and personal brand within your chosen market

Highly developed communication skills, ability to break down barriers and calve out meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders,

Confidence and credibility in leading business meetings, negotiating fees and successfully representing Tenth Revolution Group with passion and flair,

Commercially savvy, with a competitive edge and go-getting attitude towards building business,

A target-driven mindset, capable of developing and growing a desk from the ground up.
