You will also have the opportunity to manage straightforward, lower-risk ER matters with support from experienced ER Managers and the Head of Employee Relations.

- Liaising with managers, employees and other stakeholders to keep processes moving
- Supporting investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes
- Supporting restructure, redundancy, consultation and contractual change activity
- Managing straightforward, lower-risk ER matters with appropriate guidance
We are looking for someone with previous experience within HR, Employee Relations, HR Advisory or HR Co-ordination who has had practical exposure to formal ER processes. You will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, confident drafting professional HR/ER correspondence and comfortable managing several live matters ong communication skills are essential, as you'll be dealing with managers, employees and other stakeholders by phone, email and in person.
Previous experience supporting restructures, redundancy consultation, contractual change or wider organisational change would be particularly useful but isn't essential.
We're looking for someone proactive, calm and professional who enjoys keeping things moving, builds relationships quickly and knows when to take ownership and when to escate.
This is an initial 6-month FTC, working 35 hours per week, with hybrid working and 2 days per week in the North London office. Candidates should ideally be available to start within a relatively short timeframe.
