Number one ranked law firm in their filed is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join their London office on an ongoing temporary assignment.

• Salary to £40,000 (FTE)
• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• Candidates must be available immediately or within short notice

• Manage recruitment inboxes and liaise with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews and assessments across multiple offices, both virtually and in person
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and leaver documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR records, inductions, right-to-work checks and benefits administration
• Support visa applications and renewals for employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
• Manage probation processes, including monitoring deadlines, coordinating reviews and preparing documentation
• Provide employment, mortgage and rental references
• Liaise with payroll on monthly employee changes

• 2+ years’ relevant experienced gained within HR or recruitment
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and ability to prioritise own workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking systems desirable
