As Inter Ex Group continues to expand, we are looking to hire motivated Recruitment Consultant, working in the Salesforce market, to join our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF
.

In this role, you will support the growth of the business by building strong client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions across specialist technology markets.

• Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements
• Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts

• Source and engage candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
• Conduct interviews and qualification calls to ensure strong candidate-role alignment
• Support candidates throughout the full recruitment journey, from initial contact to placement

• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Maintain awareness of market trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and related technology sectors

• At least one year of recruitment experience preferred
• Evidence of billing success and confidence working to KPIs
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• A driven, resilient, and ambitious mindset
• Interest in the technology recruitment market is beneficial
