Early Careers Assistant - FTC

If you’ve started your career in recruitment, HR or Early Careers and you know you love the people side of it, this is a really good role to build from.

We’re working with a large international law firm with a busy, well-established Early Careers team and a significant graduate and trainee population. You’ll be joining a fast-moving environment where there’s always plenty happening and plenty to learn.

This goes well beyond diary coordination. You’ll be speaking to candidates, supporting interviews and assessment processes, helping to deliver recruitment events, coordinating onboarding and staying involved with future joiners as they begin their careers with the firm.

It’s the kind of role where you’ll quickly understand how a major professional services organisation attracts, recruits and develops its future talent.

They’re looking for someone bright, organised and great with people. Previous Early Careers or professional services experience would be helpful, but strong transferable experience and the right attitude matter too.
