Tiger Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Business Support Division.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a genuinely client-facing position, is confident building and nurturing relationships, and takes pride in delivering an excellent level of service. Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll manage the full recruitment process while contributing to the continued growth of the division.

• Manage and develop established client relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Source, screen and interview high-calibre candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Work towards individual targets while contributing to the wider team
• Share market insight and collaborate closely with colleagues

• Confidence managing client relationships and developing new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A highly organised and detail-focused approach
• Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
• A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service
• Previous recruitment experience is welcomed, but not essential — we have a strong track record of developing people and supporting them to build successful recruitment careers.
