Inter Ex Group is growing our London team and looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who want to build on their track record, increase their earning potential and progress towards management and director-level positions.

We’re particularly interested in recruiters with experience within technology recruitment, especially those who have worked across contract recruitment and specialist markets such as Data & AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud.

You’ll join a high-performing team where experienced recruiters have the opportunity to build their own markets, increase their billings and progress through a clearly defined career pathway.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your desk across both business development and candidate management.

You’ll be:

• Developing new business with technology companies and hiring managers
• Building and managing long-term client relationships
• Speaking with businesses about their contract hiring requirements
• Calling and engaging freelancers and contractors across your specialist market
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
• Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals and your own network
• Qualifying candidates around skills, availability, projects and rates
  
  Negotiating rates and terms with clients and contractors
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your pipeline
• Staying close to your market, understanding hiring demand and becoming a specialist within your niche
• Taking full ownership of your desk, billings and commercial performance

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous technology recruitment experience
• Experience with in contract recruitment
• A proven track record of billing and hitting revenue targets
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
• A competitive and results-driven mindset
• The ambition to progress into Principal, Partner, Manager and Director-level positions

Our preference is for recruiters who have built their career within technology and specialist professional recruitment, rather than locum or temporary recruitment.
