This temporary HR Officer post in Westminster offers £130–£146 per day for a three-month, full-time contract with Love Success PLC. Working hybrid across two office days each week, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for general queries, advising managers and staff on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Support monthly payroll, pensions and employee benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update HR systems.
- Support absence management, probation reviews, performance appraisals and staff engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HR reporting, policies, procedures and process improvements.
- Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation, GDPR and diversity and inclusion principles.
- Previous experience in an HR or HR administration role.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting recruitment and maintaining confidential HR records.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and HR systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable and professional approach.
- A CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
