About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive – Compliance Services (Judicium Education)

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join the Professional Services marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, grow brand awareness, and support our compliance services, including Health & Safety, Governance & Clerking, Data Protection, Safeguarding and SEND services.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and our websites—balancing strong content with performance marketing techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

You’ll work closely with Heads of Service, Sales and Partnerships teams, and external agencies, using platforms such as Hub Spot, Google Ads, and CMS tools to measure impact and optimise results.

Main Duties:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social activity, with a focus on performance and ROI.

Create engaging content for websites, email, and social channels.

Use Hub Spot to track campaigns, report on MQLs and conversion metrics.

Support the delivery and promotion of weekly webinars and events.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign delivery.

Analyse and report on marketing performance monthly to inform strategy.

Stay up to date on education sector trends, competitor activity, and digital best practice.

Please note that this role can be remote or a hybrid role, based at one of our offices for one-two days per week. Our Head Office is in Bloomsbury, London.
The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months to cover a maternity leave, however there may be the potential for this contract to be extended or made permanent based on business requirements.

About you

About You:

You’re a confident and experienced digital marketer who combines creativity with an analytical mindset. With a strong track record in delivering performance-driven campaigns, you’re comfortable managing multiple channels and using data to inform decisions and drive growth.

You’ll bring:

At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing

Proven ability to manage SEO and PPC campaigns (including Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and website content

Experience using CMS, CRM, and email platforms (Hub Spot preferred), as well as analytics tools to measure and report on performance

Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, engaging content

Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Confidence using design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and
