• Define and own the design vision and strategy for CUBE’s platform, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Champion user‑centered design principles to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences.
• Drive rapid prototyping and leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate design cycles and innovation.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer‑facing teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development lifecycle.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to translate complex needs into simple, actionable design solutions.
• Advocate for design excellence across the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Monitor and measure the impact of design on user engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, using data to inform decisions.

• Proven experience leading design teams in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of delivering customer‑facing products that balance usability, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Expertise in UX and UI design, with a deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, including the use of AI tools to accelerate design and testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.
• Bonus:
  Knowledge of regulatory technology or financial services.
