Responsibilities- Design campus LAN (firewalling, switching, Wi-Fi) and multi-site WAN environments
- Communicate complex networking concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver technical training sessions for internal sales teams
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the commercial and network teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and professional network diagrams
- Align technical proposals with sales objectives to support customer success
- Strong networking fundamentals with experience in IP/MPLS, BGP, EVPN
- Proven background in campus LAN and multi-site WAN design within service provider or enterprise settings
- Hands-on experience with Juniper, Ruckus, and Fortinet (Palo Alto beneficial)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and SASE technologies
- Excellent communication skills—confident with internal teams and external clients
- Organised, capable of producing high-quality documentation and diagrams
- Enthusiastic about training and mentoring others in a technical sales environment
