Network Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily remote; however, the employee must be willing to report to the office when required for meetings, project work, or critical operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise networking expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while designing and maintaining resilient network infrastructures.

• Provide Level 3 support for network-related incidents and escalations.
• Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions.
• Manage and configure routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Ensure network security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network projects.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco or equivalent networking equipment.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, VTP, VLANs, QoS, and network monitoring tools.
• Proven track record in network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
