Solutions Consultant – Public Sector – NHS/Healthcare (Alto)

Join us as a Solutions Consultant who will focus on NHS and healthcare partners at Alto.

• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans targeting cross‑platform solutions.
• Positioning, demonstrating, and creating high‑level designs across the full portfolio based on customer business needs.
• Conducting discovery to understand and articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.
• Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills, influencing through presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
• Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to secure technical win in assigned opportunities.
• Orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a cohesive one‑team approach.
• Promoting end‑to‑end solutions that include the company’s portfolio and partner professional services to help customers realize business value sooner.
• Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating our leadership.
• Continuously investing in technical and professional skill development, participating in the Solutions Consultant community and industry events.
• Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships to drive a security architecture transformation roadmap.

• Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and new business initiatives.
• Influencing and gaining buy‑in from key stakeholders, either customer‑facing or internally.
• Prior pre‑sales experience is ideal.
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements.
• Experience selling/designing/implementing solutions including Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Experience with complex sales involving long processes, multiple buying centres, and multi‑product solutions.
• Proficient in English.
