I am working with an leading Managed Service Provider of 30 years located in London who are looking to employ an new 1st Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
The Successful candidate must have a background of working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or B2B environment, ideally supporting various clients.
Candidate must also be located within the M25 with an accessible commute to Central London.

Certifications:
Possess or actively pursuing one of the following Microsoft certifications: MD-101, MS-100, or MS-101. - ITIL Framework:
Familiarity with and practical application of ITIL methodologies. - Office 365 Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Office 365, including E3, E5, EMS/Azure, and IaaS. - Troubleshooting
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting capabilities for Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation and effectively interact with users via phone and in person.
