Head of Platform Engineering
Reporting to the CTO, you will have full ownership of the platform architecture and reliability, driving the shift from legacy infrastructure to a modern EKS‑based microservices platform.
Responsibilities- Audit current systems and define a modernization roadmap.
- Build and grow your own SRE/Dev Ops team in the UK.
- Drive platform reliability and scale across the org.
- Strong AWS experience essential.
- Proven track record of platform modernisation and team building at a SaaS or scale‑up company.
- Leadership and ownership mindset.
