We design and implement the infrastructure that powers our global trading operations, operating offices in Sydney, Shanghai, London and Singapore.

• Collaborate with Trading, IT Infrastructure, and Development teams to configure and troubleshoot the network infrastructure.
• Provide day‑to‑day support of network and application environments, including port configuration and cabling.
• Support evenings and weekends, and travel to data centers as required.
• Work closely with other infrastructure engineers to evaluate current and new technology and improve all aspects of our infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage an effective WAN/LAN network that supports our domestic and global trading platform.
• Partner with network providers to keep the trading infrastructure stable, competitive, and cost‑effective.
• Document processes and focus on automation of day‑to‑day operations.
• React quickly to rapidly changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems as essential functions of the role.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IP networking, ideally in low‑latency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI stack, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with Juniper, Arista or Cisco, including switching, firewalls, STP, VLANs, VPNs, trunks, ACLs, multicast routing (IGMP, PIM BiDir) and MSDP.
• Familiarity with multiple vendors.
• Experience performing network traffic and protocol analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Active CCNP certification required, with a desire to achieve CCIE certification highly encouraged.
