About the Role

JUARA IT Solutions is hiring a Senior SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) Consultant to support one of our key global clients in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry
. This role requires a senior professional who can lead sustainability initiatives, deliver SAP SCT implementations, and ensure compliance with global ESG and regulatory frameworks
.

The consultant will work closely with global business and IT teams to drive sustainability transformation
, covering carbon footprint management, ESG reporting, supply chain transparency, and regulatory compliance
.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).
• Define sustainability KPIs and enable reporting across Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions, energy, water, and waste management
  .
• Ensure compliance with GHG Protocol, CSRD, EU taxonomy, SEC Climate Disclosures, and pharma-specific environmental regulations
  .
• Integrate SCT with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP EHS, SAP BTP
  , and external sustainability platforms.
• Support pharma sustainability requirements
  : lifecycle traceability, packaging sustainability, clinical supply chain transparency, and audit readiness.
• Guide leadership on ESG maturity, sustainability reporting strategies, and regulatory compliance
  .
• Establish robust data governance and validation frameworks
  .
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to build sustainability expertise within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with large-scale program delivery.
• Minimum 3+ years in SAP SCT with end-to-end implementation expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences sector sustainability requirements.
• Proven expertise in carbon accounting, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), ESG frameworks (GHG, CSRD, SASB, CDP, TCFD).
• Hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP EHS, and SCT dashboards
  .
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a global, multi-location, multicultural environment
  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global pharmaceutical clients (e.g., Merck, Novartis, Bayer, Pfizer, Roche, GSK).
• Knowledge of SAP Product Footprint Management (PFM) and SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP).
• Familiarity with packaging sustainability, lab/manufacturing waste management, and pharma regulatory audits
  .
• Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or Business Administration
  .
