Storage Engineer – Pure Storage – Security Cleared 6-Month Contract | London / Hybrid – Security Cleared We're looking for an experienced Storage Consultant to lead enterprise data migrations from legacy platforms to Pure Storage . This is a hands-on contract role focused on delivering secure, zero-data-loss migrations with minimal downtime. The Storage Consultant Ideally holding Live Security Clearance Design and deliver end-to-end migrations across block, file (NAS), and object storage Execute migrations using Pure Storage tools (Cirrus, VPLEX) and VMware Storage vMotion Manage NAS namespace consistency and backup migrations (Commvault or similar) Validate data integrity and performance post-migration Act as the Pure Storage Specialist, advising stakeholders and sharing best practice Produce clear migration documentation and handover to internal teams Storage Engineer experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Pure Storage Flash Array / Evergreen Proven background in SAN/NAS migrations and VMware environments Solid understanding of NFS, SMB/CIFS, permissions, and authentication Pure Certified Migration Specialist (preferred) This role would suit a Storage Engineer, Storage Consultant, Storage SME, Storage Specialist The Storage Specialist is required onsite, 2 days per week or 40% of your time each Month in Central London.
