Senior Dev Ops Engineer — Fintech / Payments / Cloud Infrastructure — Remote — £40k - £95k

Plexus has the opportunity to work with a well-established global fintech business delivering modern payment and banking infrastructure, focusing on enabling seamless cross-border financial access for digital-first businesses.

This position is ideal for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer who enjoys building resilient, scalable platforms in fast-paced environments. You’ll play a central role in shaping cloud infrastructure and improving automation.

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build platform services running on AWS.
• Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines across repositories and technology stacks.
• Lead the delivery of infrastructure initiatives and contribute to platform architecture.

• Strong experience with infrastructure and container tooling such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Solid background working with AWS compute and cloud services.
• Advanced scripting or programming ability, particularly using Python.
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
