Head of Digital - E-Commerce Growth | London / Hybrid
We're a fast-growing fashion retailer seeking a Head of E-com and Marketing to lead the next phase of performance-driven growth. If you're a strategic powerhouse with a sharp eye on ROAS, CRO, SEO, and attribution, this is your moment to shine.
About the RoleAs Head of Digital, you'll own and execute our digital strategy across all performance channels-PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, CRO, and CRM-with full responsibility for budgets and end-to-end e-commerce success. You'll lead a high-performing team and shape the digital roadmap.
What You'll Drive- Full-funnel digital strategy & execution across all DTC channels
- E-commerce growth
- Performance marketing
- Own SEO, content performance, UX, and data-driven customer retention
- Lead and scale a specialist digital team + manage agency relationships
