We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager Consultant to support the implementation of 3E Cloud within a leading law firm on a temporary basis. This role will focus primarily on the revenue workstream, covering billing processes, revenue management tasks, and collections. The position is designed to provide interim support in the absence of the firm’s Revenue Manager and will play a key role in ensuring continuity and accuracy throughout the transition.

• Lead and manage the revenue workstream during the 3E Cloud implementation
• Oversee billing operations, collections, and associated revenue management tasks
• Collaborate with Elite and internal teams, as well as third-party vendors supporting data extraction, testing, and dashboard reporting
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure revenue processes are aligned with system requirements
• Provide input on system configuration and process optimisation related to revenue functions
• Liaise with finance, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption to business operations
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams

• Proven experience in revenue management within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, collections, and financial workflows
• Experience with Practice Management System implementations, ideally 3E or similar platforms
• Technical proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
