Business Analyst (Digital Transformation and Business change)

I am looking for an up and coming / mid level Business analyst to join a Insurance broking client of ours on a permanent basis.

You will join a growing Digital change team to enhance the standards and delivery of the digital project portfolio. This role is central to ensuring successful digital initiatives by providing clarity and direction throughout the change lifecycle.

• Lead digital projects through the full lifecycle ensuring solutions fulfil defined requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements and document business needs, decisions, risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Analyse and map digital business processes, identifying & assessing end‑to‑end impacts of change and ensuring these insights inform overall solution design.
• Produce functional and non‑functional requirements, process flows, and supporting documentation aligned to agile delivery methods.
• Champion business requirements with a strong focus on collaboration, iterative delivery, and alignment to tactical and strategic digital objectives across the business.

• Insurance experience is essential. 9ideally experience within Reinsurance, broking, claims or underwriting
• Business change / Digitalisation experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience with Policy Admin systems is sought after.
