Responsibilities
- Strategic Ledger Ownership:
Lead the product vision for our operational ledger, ensuring it remains highly available to support continuous, real‑time client transactions. - Architectural Integrity:
Translate complex financial logic into technical specifications for atomic transactions, ensuring double‑entry integrity across all client and internal wallets. - Product Discovery & Expansion:
Lead the discovery process for new product integrations, ensuring the ledger can support diverse FX and payment flows without compromising system reliability. - Requirements Excellence:
Own the creation of comprehensive PRDs and functional specifications, focusing specifically on ledger immutability and transaction processing. - Stakeholder Leadership:
Act as the bridge between Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to ensure the ledger supports business growth while meeting strict technical constraints.
- Experience:
3+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fin Tech, Core Banking, or Payment Infrastructure. - Deep Financial Domain Knowledge:
Expert understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping and the distinction between sub‑ledgers (operational) and General Ledgers. - Technical Depth:
Proven ability to work with engineers on immutable system design and API‑first architectures. - Proven Execution:
Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale system migrations or fundamental backend overhauls.
- Experience with Application Ledger Projects (core banking applications) is highly desirable.
- Experience with in the Financial/FX technology sector.
