Tech Lead - Azure |.NET | Insurance

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to bridge the gap between architecture and delivery within a complex, integration-heavy environment. This is not a traditional architect role. Instead, you will take high-level architectural designs and translate them into clear, detailed technical specifications, guiding development teams through implementation. This role requires strong recent Azure expertise, a background in development and experience leading delivery across multi-system integration programmes within the insurance sector.,

• Translate high-level architecture into clear implementable technical specifications.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across Azure, .NET, APIs and Dev Ops.
• Lead and validate complex multi-system integrations.
• Assess technical options, risks and trade‑offs, escalating where required.
• Collaborate with onshore and nearshore/offshore development teams.
• Strong, recent hands‑on Microsoft Azure experience.

• Background as a Lead Developer with 1-2 roles as a Technical Lead.
• Strong experience with .NET, APIs and Azure Dev Ops.
• Proven experience in integration-heavy environments.
• Insurance industry experience (general insurance sufficient).
• Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams preferred.
