We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical. This role is critical to our success, focusing on the discovery, design, and delivery of trading systems where every microsecond counts. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub‑millisecond latency and near‑perfect uptime, while balancing aggressive performance goals with robust risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will act as the crucial link between our elite trading teams and our world‑class engineers, translating complex quantitative needs into a clear, actionable roadmap that directly impacts our P&L and market share.

• Drive low‑latency system leadership: design, continuous improvement, and maintenance of sub‑millisecond latency for critical trading operations.
• Ensure high‑availability operations: achieve and maintain 99.99% uptime for all critical trading systems and their underlying infrastructure.
• Shape commercial impact & strategy: directly contribute to P&L, market share, and capital efficiency targets.
• Lead continuous product innovation: discovery, design, and development of ongoing trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
• Develop and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring tight alignment between traders, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee rigorous stress‑testing and seamless integration into back‑testing frameworks.
• Define and integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the roadmap.
• Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges, scanning the competitive landscape for strategic opportunities.
• Act as the central communication hub: ensure focus on delivering impact and value.

• Experience with low‑latency or high‑frequency trading systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to discuss complex financial models and trading strategies.
• Deep technical understanding of modern electronic trading systems, from market data ingestion to order execution.
• Solid understanding of financial trading principles and sophisticated risk management in high‑stakes environments.
• Proven product execution: translate business and quantitative needs into clear, actionable technology requirements for engineering teams.

• Deep understanding of market microstructure, particularly within crypto markets.
• Passion for digital assets and crypto trading.
• Experience with modern agile product management methodologies focused on measuring and optimizing delivery efficiency.
• Background in software development or infrastructure engineering, especially with real‑time or high‑performance systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance landscape for financial markets.
• Previous fintech sector experience, especially derivatives markets.
