Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: London / Hybrid (UK & Europe travel)

Salary: 60K-75K

A leading smart buildings and enterprise IT consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support the delivery of advanced Cisco-based network solutions across landmark sites in London and throughout Europe.

• Design and deliver Cisco-based network infrastructure projects across London and Europe
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
• Investigate and resolve incidents in line with ITIL processes
• Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting and network optimisation
• Act as a client-facing technical consultant, leading meetings and providing strategic advice
• Oversee voice and data networks for key client environments
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high service standards

• 5 - 10 years' experience in networking or similar roles
• CCNP certified (CCNA desirable)
• Strong expertise in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and voice technologies
• Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with ITIL practices and service management processes
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
