Location: City of Westminster

  • Strategic Road mapping:
    Work with the Paid Media Director to develop and execute Paid Search and App strategies, building channel roadmaps that deliver on both revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Hands‑on Optimisation:
    Manage complex, high‑spending global programmes across Google Ads (Search & UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA), refining campaign structures and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Innovation & Partnerships:
    Lead relationships with platform partners to identify new opportunities. You’ll be the first to test and adopt emerging products and beta features to keep us ahead of industry trends.
  • Testing & Experimentation:
    Develop and execute A/B and incrementality tests. You’ll partner with Data Science to validate the impact of your experiments and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Data‑Led Insights:
    Use enterprise analytics tools like Looker to translate data into actionable recommendations for investment decisions and to counter competitor activity.
  • Technical

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to suggest technical improvements—from feed optimisation and automation to tracking enhancements—to improve efficiency.
  • Budget Accountability:
    Take full ownership of budget delivery, ensuring planned spend is achieved and proactively managing any variances with clear, contextual recommendations.

  • Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
  • Technical Search Mastery:
    Significant hands‑on experience (typically 3–5 years) managing large‑scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns.
  • Analytical Rigour:
    Highly data‑driven and comfortable using enterprise tools (e.g., Looker) to identify trends, diagnose account issues, and recommend optimisations.
  • Experience at Scale:
    Proven ability to manage complex, high‑spend campaigns across multiple markets, ideally within e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Automation Aptitude:
    Familiarity with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs is a strong plus for driving operational efficiency.
  • Test‑and‑Learn Mindset: A proactive problem solver who embraces experimentation and iterative optimisation to deliver sustained, incremental growth.
