I am looking for a Creative Analyst to join the Strategy and Analytics team. You'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution—partnering closely with strategy, media, and account teams to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.

• Analyse creative assets and media performance to generate actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Prepare and interpret performance reports and analytics; leverage data to inform strategy.
• Support data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper use of data across teams.
• Act as a strategic liaison between planning/strategy and media execution teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
• Collaborate closely with account teams to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on time.

• 2+ years' experience in an insights, data or business analyst media role.
• Understanding of basic statistical techniques including A/B testing and hypothesis testing.
• Understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic and/or social media planning, buying, and activation principles.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets: able to handle datasets, create data visualisations, familiar with creating or working with dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in handling datasets, and able to problem-solve to identify potential issues.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - able to pull insights and create a narrative with data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
