DevSecOps Engineers

Overview

In this role, you will design, build, secure and operate scalable cloud‑native platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud. You will take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and container platforms, embedding security and resilience from the outset. Working closely with architects, developers and operations teams, you will champion Dev Sec Ops  and SRE principles, improving reliability, performance and delivery speed.

You will also play a key role in shaping engineering standards, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement. With the backing of a collaborative, expert community, you will innovate, automate and optimise platforms that underpin critical services, ensuring measurable outcomes for our clients.

• Design & Secure Cloud Platforms across hyperscalers
• Develop & Optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Automate & Provision Infrastructure using IaC tooling
• Implement & Enhance containerisation and virtual environments
• Embed & Advance observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Lead & Champion Dev Sec Ops  and SRE best practice
• Mentor & Support engineers

• Hands‑on experience in Dev Sec Ops  or SRE roles within modern environments
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to build and maintain automated deployment pipelines
• Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting solutions
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go or similar
• Demonstrable experience embedding security within Dev Ops practices
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and mentor others
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud)

• Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.
