Workday Functional Application Lead
Clearance: SC Clearance – Mandatory
Location: UK-Based, Hybrid

Oversee end-to-end functional integrity across all Workday modules ensuring a single trusted source of data and seamless cross-module process integration across Finance, HR, Procurement and Payroll.

• Govern cross-functional solution design ensuring consistency across modules.
• Validate configuration aligns with Adopt-Not-Adapt principles.
• Lead reporting model design including consolidated dashboards and drill-down analytics.
• Ensure advanced analytics capability including workforce and financial forecasting tools.
• Review integration impacts and resolve cross-stream design conflicts.
• Validate Secure by Design compliance and data governance controls.
• Support UAT readiness, documentation completion and Hypercare transition.
• Provide assurance that reporting, automation and process controls reduce reliance on off-system workarounds.

Extensive experience leading multi-module Workday implementations. Strong reporting and analytics background including Prism Analytics exposure. Experience governing enterprise data models. Ability to coordinate across Finance, HR and Technical streams. Experience in regulated transformation programmes preferred.
