Ability to read, understand, and debug complex, potentially minified code from external partner websites. - Technical Troubleshooting

Chrome Developer Tools
, API integrations, and investigating error codes. - Familiarity with Web Standards

Knowledge of RSS feeds, crawling (Googlebot), and authentication protocols (OAuth) is highly desirable. - Coding Background

- Professional Experience

Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical support or consulting role. - Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Japanese Proficiency

Business-level fluency in Japanese is strongly preferred to support the Japanese market, though not strictly mandatory if an otherwise exceptional technical candidate is found.
