Our client, located in central London, is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. In this role, the 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as a key escalation point for the 1st Line Support team, while also contributing to a variety of infrastructure and technical projects. They will become part of a collaborative, social and supportive environment that values initiative and accountability.
The successful candidate will take ownership of technical challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will also gain hands-on experience with a range of projects, including system migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades, offering great opportunities for professional development.
