Role overview

We are looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to work with our 3rd Line team and Engineering teams. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community via incident logging application. Based in London you will be provided with legacy infrastructure training.

Essential Knowledge and Skills Required

Due to timescale of the project, the ideal candidate must hold active DV clearance

Role & Functional based Security Delegation and Layers
DNS, WINS and DHCP
PKI Services
SMTP Proxy Servicing
Firewall management and controls
DFS, HA, Clustering, SOFS
RDS, VMWare, vCenter, ESXI, vMotion, Hyper

V, VMM Terminal Services
MS Cloud incorporating Exchange, Storage and Shares App serviced
Citrix deployments incorporating PVS CS
APP-v incorporating Citrix Store Front
Powershell Scripting, MBAM/Bit Locker/VPN

Desirable skills and knowledge/certifications

Any Microsoft / Citrix / VMWare certification
Wider understanding of client or midrange OSes, networking and security
Hyper

V, Azure and Google Cloud
HP Blade System, or similar blade servers / blade chassis and interconnect technologies
