Programme Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Service Now Programme Manager to lead and govern the delivery of all Service Now programmes across the organisation. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end programme management of multiple concurrent Service Now initiatives, including but not limited to CMDB, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Financial Services Operations (FSO), and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF).

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing complex programmes with multiple work streams, delivery teams, and third‑party vendors, ensuring alignment to business objectives, technical standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Programme leadership and governance across all Service Now initiatives
• Management of multiple parallel work streams and dependencies
• Senior stakeholder engagement across IT and the business
• Vendor and system integrator management
• Programme planning, delivery, and execution
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Financial and budget management
• Quality assurance and adherence to Service Now best practices
• Change, cutover, and operational readiness
• Executive‑level reporting and communication

• Significant experience in enterprise programme management
• Proven experience delivering complex Service Now programmes
• Strong understanding of the Service Now platform
• Experience managing multiple vendors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Delivery of CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSO, and data‑led initiatives
• Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery experience
• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Programme management or Service Now certifications
