Team & Role Overview
Our team is at the forefront of digital asset innovation, creating robust, scalable, and compliant solutions that will set new industry standards. We are a dynamic group of highly motivated individuals pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the financial technology space. You will be a pivotal member of the core team developing solutions for Citi Token Services and will play an instrumental role in defining, developing, and launching cutting‑edge products and services within the rapidly evolving digital assets and blockchain ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Lead product launch approvals internal and external, ensuring digital asset products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Work closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between risk, compliance and legal teams and business stakeholders.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and evaluate effectiveness of risk controls.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Relevant experience in product management and solution development, preferably in digital assets, blockchain products.
- Experience with in the financial industry with a strong focus on cash management, including liquidity management and payments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong ability to take initiative, maintain a holistic view of processes, and focus on risk mitigation.
- Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
- Experience leading, motivating, and influencing diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
