IT Service Design & Introduction Lead - Financial services - Up to 892 p/d inside IR35 via Umbrella

My client within the banking sector is currently seeking an IT Service Design and Introduction Lead.

• Proven experience in Service Design and Transition within a regulated financial services environment.
• An understanding of ECB regulatory frameworks, particularly in the context of operational resilience and service management.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within a Tier 1 banking context.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 service management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong documentation and process design capabilities.
• Experience with the service management tool Service Now.

• ITIL v4.
• Project management certification.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio & SharePoint for service documentation and process mapping.
• Background in enterprise architecture or solution design.

• Experience working with Japanese or Asian financial institutions is a plus.

Knowledge of ECB SSM expectations and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is advantageous

• 2 days a week in office (London)
• 892 day rate umbrella
• 12 month contract
