Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural analysis to inform solution design and estimate infrastructure requirements.
• Estimate infrastructure requirements for Service Now implementations, considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Manage delivery of Service Now solutions; collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
• Integrate Service Now tools with other systems in the ecosystem, leveraging expertise in implementation and management.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Service Now tools.
• Skilled in conducting thorough architectural analysis and estimating infrastructure requirements.
• Experienced in managing delivery of Service Now solutions and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of system integration and the ability to integrate Service Now tools with other systems.
• Deep understanding of IT service management principles and practice.
• Experience with cloud‑based technologies and their integration with Service Now, including scalability, performance, and security considerations.
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and their integration with Service Now.
• Preferred technical and professional experience in Service Now implementation and management.
