We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage the upgrade and consolidation of Nuvolo systems for Omnicom and Acxiom, aligning them with the Wales platform. This role will help build a strong, standardized system to support performance tracking, capital planning, and risk management across global real estate and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full upgrade and consolidation of Nuvolo into one unified platform.
- Ensure existing integrations (especially with Service Now) continue to work or improve, including automated routing.
- Identify and use underutilized Nuvolo features to add value.
- Simplify platform setup, including service groups and request categories, for better user experience.
- Automate manual backend processes and notifications where possible.
- Set up the supplier portal and define global data and asset standards (including parent-child structures).
- Improve data quality, governance, and asset upload processes.
- Enhance Service Now front-end experience for facilities management users.
- Maintain and improve dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations.
- Work closely with stakeholders (JLL teams, OMC IT) to align goals and delivery.
- Identify risks and keep the project on track despite challenges.
- Track progress, share updates, and maintain clear documentation.
- Experience managing complex FM or IT upgrade projects (Nuvolo or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong knowledge of data governance and asset management structures.
- Experience automating workflows and improving system efficiency.
- Familiarity with Service Now integration and user experience improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
- Ability to work with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.
- Understanding of capital planning, risk, and performance management.
